Long Time No Post!

Hi Friends and Family!

It's been so long since we've been on here! Just wanted to give a quick update, and loads of photos! We've been busy in the Samaan household this past year. Bethany had a very exciting first birthday party and lots of fun. Summer brought a visit from family (Becki's brother, Chris; sister-in-law Angel, and nieces Kaylynn & Melanie). We went to the theme parks a few times and had a lot of fun. We were also visited by Becki's brother, Joe and his girlfriend Laura as well as Becki's parents. October was a busy month. Our 2nd Down Syndrome of Central Florida Buddy Walk was a big success and a lot of fun. A special thanks to all of our supporters! We also celebrated Jillian's 3rd birthday with a costume party. Halloween brought a smashing end to the month with trick or treating in the neighborhood! We prepared for Christmas in December with a few visits to Santa and celebrated quietly at home on Christmas morning!

The big event in 2009 was the arrival of our son, Benjamin Peter on February 20th. We are thrilled to have him in the family and are adjusting to life with 3 children. The girls are great with him and love to play mommy! We had a quiet Easter, which we celebrated with Becki's dad and John's mom. Bethany just turned 2 and has proudly taken the title, "trouble maker."

Now we are preparing for Ben's upcoming baptism and eagerly awaiting a visit from Becki's mom and John's brother! We're looking forward to a fun and relaxing summer too! We hope all is well with you and wish many blessings to come!
